Biographical Note

The Savitz family of St. Matthews, South Carolina, was comprised of Solomon Savitz (1876-1947), his wife Eittel "Ida" Read Savitz (1879-1948), and their four sons: Maurice (1913-2008), twins Isaac (1916-1977) and Samuel (1916-1996), and Daniel (1919-1985).
